IPRA and Romania in co-operation agreement

IPRA, the International Public Relations Association, has signed a partnership agreement with the Bucharest-based Forum for International Communications. Under the agreement, inter alia, the organisations will exchange information, share publications and help promote the ethical development of the PR profession with our codes and guidelines.

Invitation to an IPRA webinar on climate change: 14 March 2024

New York City – The International Public Relations Association (IPRA) is proud to announce updates to its representatives to the United Nations (UN) in New York. Matthew Cossel has been promoted to Permanent Representative to the UN from his position as a Youth Representative and both Alexa Moyer and Diya Narayan have been announced as the newest UN Youth Representatives, filling a role held by Cossel for five years.

IPRA launches AI and PR Guidelines

Consistent with its mission for intellectual leadership in global communication, IPRA has launched a set of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and PR  Guidelines. The guidelines starting point is to recall that AI content has the potential both to enhance public relations, and the potential for bias, misuse, deception, and harm.

Offering online CPD for PR professionals

IPRA has renewed its agreement with the Irish Academy of Public Relations to provide online communications training to its global membership. The Academy is a platform for PR practitioners, providing online courses in communications disciplines like writing feature articles, negotiating sponsorship, shooting smartphone video or training for radio.
