PR at the next level: connections at the 21st PRO PR

(Comments)

Networking in motion was once again the theme of the 21st PRO PR conference, held recently  in Belgrade, Serbia. The event, organized by Apriori World agency founder and IPRA member Danijel Koletić, gathered more than 30 speakers from all over the world.

IPRA President 2024, Nataša Pavlovic Bujas, as guest of honour, presented her vision of future trends in the PR industry through her presentation PR at the next level. Speaking about the event she said: "The active participants, excellent lectures, and proud winners were the mark of this conference. I recognise the effort of Danijel Koletić and the PRO PR team to not only connect professionals in the region with each other, but also to connect the region with the rest of the world."

Background to IPRA

IPRA, the International Public Relations Association, was established in 1955, and is the leading global network for PR professionals in their personal capacity. IPRA aims to advance trusted communication and the ethical practice of public relations. We do this through networking, our code of conduct and intellectual leadership of the profession. IPRA is the organiser of public relations' annual global competition, the Golden World Awards for Excellence (GWA). IPRA's services enable PR professionals to collaborate and be recognised. Members create content via our Thought Leadership essays, social media and our consultative status with the United Nations. GWA winners demonstrate PR excellence. IPRA welcomes all those who share our aims and who wish to be part of the IPRA worldwide fellowship. For more see www.ipra.org

Background to PRO PR

The PRO PR GLOBE awards are organised by Croatian PR agency, Apriori World and presented at the annual PRO PR conference. They recognise individuals whose work contributes to a better perception of the positioning of PR with the public. The recognition is of individuals not projects. Since 2017 certain winners have been nominated by the global communication associations: the International Public Relations Association, the International Communication Consulting Organization, the Public Relations and Communications Association and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. The awards also feature PRO PR Vision City recognising excellence in the promotion of cities. For more see https://pro-pr.com
