IPRA and Cameroon in co-operation agreement

IPRA, the International Public Relations Association, has signed a partnership agreement with the Association Des Communicateurs en Marche (ACOMA) Cameroon. Under the agreement, inter alia, the organisations will exchange information, share publications and help promote the ethical development of the PR profession with our codes and guidelines.

 

I am thrilled to welcome the ACOMA to our IPRA family. Gathering professionals worldwide not only helps the levelling-up of public relations but also helps mutual understanding and the building of trust among nations," comments IPRA President Nataša Pavlović Bujas.

 

Commenting on the agreement ACOMA Founder and President Nkemzikann Benaja said, “The signing of this agreement marks the beginning of a promising partnership in favour of the development and promotion of good practices in sustainable public relations in Cameroon. We commit to working, in the spirit of this agreement, for a constructive, ethical, and mutually beneficial collaboration.”

Background to ACOMA

Association Des Communicateurs en Marche (ACOMA) was founded in 2024 to promote good practices in communication and public relations in Cameroon. ACOMA recognises the need, today, to engage organizations with a more ethical and sustainable communications to unite the public.
