You are invited to the awards ceremony and Gala dinner for the IPRA Golden World Awards for Excellence in PR 2024 in Belgrade.
The IPRA Golden World Awards for Excellence awards ceremony and Gala dinner will take place at 19.15 on Friday 18 October 2024 in Belgrade, Serbia. The Gala will be at the Metropol Palace Hotel. The Gala is open to all GWA winners past and present, IPRA members and friends.
Tickets for the uplifting event are available online priced at £220 each or a table of 10

Once booked you can download a ticket if you wish although these are not needed on
the night as we will make a table plan.
Official Hotel of the IPRA Golden World Awards for Excellence 2024
The plush Hotel Metropol Palace, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 69, is the Official Hotel of the IPRA Golden World Awards for Excellence 2024. The hotel is in the centre of Belgrade near to the tourist sites such as the electrifying Nikola Tesla Museum. The hotel has its own indoor swimming pool and spa, rooms and suites and a panoramic terrace. Have a look at the hotel here.

Flights and transport
Belgrade Nikola Tesla airport has good international connections and the local airline Air Serbia flies to many destinations. Taxis to the town centre have a fixed price with a voucher from the arrivals taxi desk of RSD 2300 (around €20).
Visas
Serbia is visa free for most US, UK, EU and Schengen countries. For more detail and other countries see here.
It is best to apply for a tourist visa. If you require a Visa support letter, contact the IPRA secretariat by email with your name exactly as written in your passport, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date. Contact here.
Currency
The local currency is the Serbian Dinar RSD.
Weather
The climate in Belgrade at this time of year is perfect with the Summer humidity gone and daytime temperatures around 20°C.
Dress Code
The Dress Code for the GWA Gala Dinner is smart formal or national dress. Please be glamorous but evening dress is not required!
