SOCAR Turkey’s internal communication and employee engagement activities have designed and performed together with our colleagues. Received feedback from the colleagues about the current practices and asked their suggestions and ideas for their plans to determine and shape the yearly Internal Communication plan. One of our most important motivators was employees feel part of the company. Making the creative and innovative Internal Communication projects in order to increase the motivation of the workmates, and to strengthen their commitment to corporate and their sense of belonging, and to provide contribution for their socialization in 2022.
