Orkid Keep Girls in School Project PDF
Orkid’s research revealed 1 out of 10 girls in Turkey were unable to afford sanitary pads due to their family's low economic status. This caused them to miss school during their period and lose their self-confidence. This issue had been never raised in Turkey before. The project aimed to increase the awareness of the issue in broad audience organicly by women, influencers, celebrities, stakeholders and bring the people together for the same purpose: Keep girsl in the school. The campaign went beyond a conventional awareness/social campaigns on digital with allowing a larger audience to join the movement voluntarily.
