As the operator of Ferenc Liszt International Airport, Budapest Airport (BUD) is one of the most unique employers in Hungary: thousands of blue-collar employees work to enhance the passenger experience. In late 2022, BUD took a new employer brandig approach: a large-scale celebrity TV show (Fly to Work!) airing for 3 months, created with recruitment goals in mind. Results: 2X website traffic and 40K+ new blue-collar subscribers at BUD's career page; avg. 3-4X larger viewership in its own time slot than other TV shows; 4.6M video views + 22.5M impressions on digital platforms; 10.8M OTS (PR) + 5.5M reach (influencers).
