Studies conducted in Gaziosmanpaşa District wide indicate that the employment rate of the female population is one thirds of the male employment rate. We have aimed to realize the project “Is Someone in the Kitchen?” and bring more women into employment. Main targets are: • Extending the gender equality to all areas, • Developing activities that encourage women to found their own business, The project will be ensure sustainable development while the position woman who earns their economic freedom in family will be improved. We would like to be candidate to ensure gender equality and raise awareness.
