Many award entries will have cute films and metrics that trumpet immediate success. Sure, we have an uplifting film, and yes we are hugely encouraged by engagement levels. But bear in mind we are on a mission to drive long-term change. So, while our results clearly show people are taking notice, this was never going to be a quick fix.  That’s because we want to change the aspirations and attitudes to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) of a generation of young women.  In a world of social media serotonin hits and clicktivism, this long view matters more than ever.
