Youth Driven Communication PDF


Saudi Electricity Company is one of Middle East's largest employers. It has a wealth of over 35,000 employees, executing a large number of transformation plans and complex projects. Executing large transformations needs critical & full attention of top management; therefore, employees need to reduce communication gap between them and management. To solve these problem, the Executive Youth Council (EYC) was created in March 2018, comprising 40 of the most distinguished young employees of the company. The council launched two initiatives, namely Experts and Youth Webs and the BiDirectional Channel. This led to a major engagement in internal Communication.
