The 22 local franchise partners of McDonald’s operate more than half of its restaurants in Hungary. The restaurant chain has continuously been buying domestic ingredients, raw materials and other goods in its 30 year-long history in the country. Among its most important partners, McDonald’s can count companies that are in the forefront of the Hungarian economy. The most important players might be the domestic farmers and producers. However, the average consumer does not know about these producers and their quality goods. The aim of our communication campaign was to show this side of the multinational company.
