The Share Program rewards PAE’s work teams that make remarkable contributions to the organization. For PAE’s collaborators, it represents a great opportunity to get to know the best practices and to learn from those who work in other departments or locations.  It is unique in the Argentine industry: it is an authentic tool for knowledge management and interconnected training, which has generated 1,250 improvements since 1998.  The collaborators’ adherence to the Program has enabled its continuity. Each year, the Share Program improves PAE’s internal communication and reinforces its members’ sense of belonging.
