The busiest part at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU) was closed for 18 months to build a lifestyle mall. It caused much inconvenience to the university community and to bring the news of its reopening, a video was produced to showcase the new attractions. Produced on a zero budget, the video’s concept was to have the NTU President as a mystery biker.
