Norilsk Nickel, a large Russian metal manufacturer based above the Arctic Circle, celebrated its 80th anniversary in 2015. To inspire and unite employees and citizens sceptical about the company's future, Norilsk Nickel went for a crazy idea - a show and open-air dance flashmob in November, in the Arctic at -11°C! The show gathered over 8,000 attendees helping to improve belief in the company.
