The book “Boko Haram Media War: An Encounter with the Spymaster” was published to counter negative narratives and correcting erroneous impression on the war of terror during the tenure of former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki, referred to as the Spymaster.   The book which is authored by Yushau Shuaib, a Communication Consultant to Security Agencies in Nigeria, provides facts and figures on the accomplishments of security agencies during the tenure of the Spymaster.  The ex-NSA also wrote and contributed the foreword to the book where he dwelled on crisis communication strategies deployed in winning the war against Boko Haram.
