Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey, KAGIDER’s online training portals Compass and My Dream Partner provide education, information and guidance for women entrepreneurs and women at the initial phase of business life. 20 million women in Turkey are excluded from labor force. Lack of education is an important obstacle for women. KAGIDER Pusula has academic and practical entrepreunial training modules, useful links, inspirational stories and financial access information, while ‘’My Dream Partner’’ portal includes videos of specialists and encourages young women to make their wishes of career journey come true. Both portals reached their target audiences and yielded successful results.
