IPRA Secretary General receives PR Visionary Award 2021

IPRA’s Secretary General, Philip Sheppard, is the recipient of the 2021 PR Visionary Award presented each year at Eventiada IPRA GWA. This award is given by the regional jury to leaders who have been instrumental in driving the communications industry and changing it with a unique vision.

In accepting the award Philip Sheppard said: “I am deeply humbled to be called a PR Visionary in a competition judged by my peers.”

Elena Fadeeva, Eventiada IPRA GWA chairwoman, comments: “The jury wanted to acknowledge and celebrate Philip’s achievements in leading IPRA, its growth and outreach, particularly so well seen in recent years in our region of Eastern Europe, Russia, the CIS and Central Asia.”

Alexey Safronov, Eventiada IPRA GWA president, and Elefante Porter Novelli (Orta Communications Group) president, said: “We are celebrating the best in class campaigns across the region and the visionaries who are changing the industry. Looking into the future, we see new trends, new platforms to foster this dialogue, and new relationships that will serve a future world."
